PRE-TRADE DECISION ENGINE

Stop trading on instinct. Start trading on record.

Risk examined. Entry earned.

Krino applies the trading rules you configure — entry, stop-loss, position size, risk limits — to live market data, and shows you exactly what they produce, and why. Not advice. Your rules, enforced the same way every time — even on the days you don't feel like it.

  • Try it now in demo mode — no signup, no email, no card
  • 14-day free trial when you're ready to register

The problem

Most retail traders don't lose money because they pick bad stocks. They lose money because they don't stick to their own rules.

They buy without a plan. They move their stop-loss because it "feels wrong." They hold a loser three weeks longer than they said they would. They sell a winner too early, or not early enough. And when they look back, they can't explain what they were thinking — because they never wrote it down.

The brokerage doesn't help. It gives you a chart and a buy button. What you do with that is your problem.

Professional traders don't rely on willpower. They rely on systems — entry rules, risk limits, pre-trade checklists, post-trade reviews. Every decision is documented and accountable to a plan. That infrastructure has never existed for the individual trader. Krino is that infrastructure, scaled down to one person with a brokerage account and a few hours a week.

That's the whole mission: give every retail trader the pre-trade discipline that used to be locked behind a trading desk — nothing more, nothing less.

How it works

Three principles, applied to every decision.

Krino doesn't tell you what to trade. It takes the rules you've already decided on and applies them consistently, before you act.

◈

Pre-Trade

Acts before execution, not after. The only moment that matters is before you press the button — Krino applies your rules there, not in a review weeks later.

⬡

Rule-Enforced

Your indicators, thresholds, and risk limits — automated. Drawdown caps, position sizing, reward-risk minimums, all applied without exception.

◎

Explainable

Every output comes with a reason. No black boxes — see exactly which indicator fired (RSI oversold under 30, EMA(5) crossing above EMA(20)) and why your rules produced that entry, stop-loss, or position size.

What's inside

A complete pre-trade and record-keeping workflow.

Configure it once. Krino applies it to every symbol you track, every time you open it.

Rules engine

Set your own indicators (SMA/EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic, ATR), thresholds, and risk settings. Krino runs them against live market data and computes the entry, stop-loss, take-profit, and position size those rules produce — automatically capped to your risk budget, with the reasoning shown for every number.

A cockpit, not a wall of tickers

Priority Actions and Position Management surface what actually needs a decision today, and the Signal Positioning Map plots every position by reward-risk vs. risk-adjusted score — so the strongest and weakest setups are visible at a glance, not buried in a list.

Confidence, scored

Every plan carries a confidence score built from win rate, sample size, Sharpe, total return, and drawdown — each tagged supportive, moderate, or fragile — so you know exactly how much to trust the setup before you act on it.

Risk budget system

Per-account and per-symbol dollar risk caps, tracked live. Cross the line and the gate locks: new plans are blocked automatically until your budget resets.

Mandatory pre-trade checklist

Capital, stop-loss, and position size must be explicitly confirmed before a plan is accepted — one deliberate step between you and an impulsive trade.

Portfolio ledger, multi-currency

Log your actual transactions and Krino computes cost basis, quantity, and unrealized P&L. Holding positions in more than one currency? Daily ECB-sourced FX rates convert everything into the reporting currency you choose — automatically.

Backtest & simulator

Validate a strategy against historical data — win rate, max drawdown, Sharpe, full equity curve, with realistic fees and slippage modeled in. Then stress-test the exact stop-loss and take-profit on your next trade before you commit real capital.

Decision Register & audit trail

Every decision is archived with its full parameter set, timestamps, and the reasons behind its approval or rejection — searchable and re-loadable, so nothing is forgotten after the fact.

Execution journal

A day-by-day timeline of what you actually did, with deterministic summaries — the closest thing to a black-box recorder for your own trading.

Who it's for

Built for the disciplined retail trader.

Primary

You trade your own capital through a retail broker. You know enough technical analysis to have opinions, but somewhere between the chart and the order button, the discipline falls apart. Krino gives you the process without needing a trading desk or a risk manager.

Secondary

You enjoy researching stocks and testing ideas, but want to go beyond spreadsheets. You'll use the backtest and simulator heavily to validate strategies before committing capital, even if you trade infrequently.

Not a fit: day traders or scalpers needing real-time execution, anyone expecting automated order placement, or complete beginners with no interest in technical analysis. Krino operates on daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes.

How Krino is different

Trading journals tell you what happened. Krino applies your rules before you act — and makes you commit to the plan.

Journals are post-trade tools. The pre-trade checklist, the confidence score, and the risk budget gate all exist before the trade — at the moment the decision is actually made, not in a review weeks later when it's too late to change anything.

FAQ

Questions worth answering upfront.

Do I need to sign up to try it?

No. Open the app without logging in and it drops you straight into demo mode — the real product, pre-loaded with sample positions, decisions, and risk data. No email address, no card, nothing to confirm. Register only once you want your own data to persist.

Is this investment advice?

No. Krino executes the rules and risk limits you configure — it does not exercise judgment about what's suitable for you personally, and its operator is not a licensed or regulated financial advisor. Every output is the mechanical result of the parameters you entered. Trading involves risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Does Krino connect to my broker?

No, and it never will by design. Krino doesn't hold API keys or OAuth logins to your brokerage, doesn't place orders, and doesn't access your account. You execute every trade yourself, directly with your own broker, then log the transaction in Krino afterward.

Where does the market data come from?

Krino uses live market data through a free API key you provide yourself in your profile (bring-your-own-key). Your relationship with that data provider is your own — Krino doesn't resell or redistribute the data.

What does it cost?

€12/month or €99/year at launch, with a 14-day free trial. The first 30 people to join the waitlist lock in €69/year for as long as they stay subscribed.

When does it launch?

We're finishing pre-launch groundwork now. Join the list above and you'll get the launch date and early-access pricing before anyone else.
